With over twenty years of real estate experience, Lynn easily
maneuvers her clients through Seattle's ever changing market
helping her clients make smart, well-informed real estate
decisions.
The first eighteen years of Lynn’s real estate career
were spent in the Bay Area working in a fast paced, extremely
competitive market. In 2003 she moved back home to Seattle
(3rd generation Seattleite!) and has built a strong business
based on her ability to educate her clients in the real
estate market and its current trends, and how to help them
succeed with an experience, competitive edge.
Lynn lives with her lovely partner Lisa Koch in West Seattle
with their 8 year old Irish Wolfhound Ciara and their 8
year old cat appropriately named Abby Normal. Lisa regularly
roams the world performing her beautiful
music and hilarious comedy while Lynn usually
stays closer to home. Except for those few Olivia cruises
a year she accompanies Lisa on as it’s her good fortune
that Lisa is a favorite ‘Lesbian Entertainer’
with Olivia patrons.
Lynn is the Owner/Designated Broker of YourSeattleHomeTeam.com,
Inc. Even after all these years the greatest
joy for Lynn is representing her clients well in their real
estate transactions. She appreciates her past clients for
their loyalty and flattering referrals, and looks forward
to meeting and working with new clients regularly. Lynn
also manages an occasional building project, and in between
clients and projects she sits of the board of Life
Long AIDS Alliance and chairs the AIDS walk
committee (2008).
